SEA School Saturday is an invitation to slow down, step outside, and joyfully reconnect with your local ecosystems. Whether you live near the sea, a river, woodlands, wetlands or a patch of grass - there are worlds to discover right outside your door!

FIELD DAYS
There is something magical about gathering at the water's edge with a group of fellow explorers. Our SEA School Saturday Field Days take place at beaches across Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny, and Cork, with expert facilitators on hand to guide your family into the fascinating world of the intertidal zone.
During a session, you will be equipped with simple field tools and invited to slow down. Together, we peer into glistening rockpools, uncover crabs and anemones tucked beneath seaweed, and learn to identify the creatures that call this shifting shoreline home. We sketch, we journal, we ask questions. And we leave with salt on our jackets and wonder in our step.
These sessions are relaxed, hands-on and designed for all ages. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to explore. All equipment is provided, and each family leaves with prompts to continue their discoveries long after the tide has turned.
